Private Sessions
Many of our clients are looking for a personal touch. Often they will have experienced an injury or be living with some sort of pain. They are looking for someone who cares about their body and wellbeing and how they can fix the pain or indeed continue to exercise and build their strength despite it!
Our 1 to 1 sessions give you some of the best instruction and personalised attention you can get. The sessions allow for absolute attention, immediate feedback and personalised exercises that take account of any specific needs or pain points. Our 1 to 1’s can be one-offs or part of a continued health programme.
